TERMS & CONDITIONS
Purchasing a ticket or Hopper-pass for shuttle services automatically implies a voluntary agreement between the customer and BrewHopper Tours & Shuttle Services Ltd. (BrewHopper) and agreement to the following terms of service:
Payment Method: The terms & conditions shall be in effect regardless of method of payment and location of the transaction. All prices are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes are added and calculated based on the applicable tax rate for the province in which the passes are to be received.
Right of refusal: BrewHopper reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s)/passenger(s) that are behaving inappropriately, aggressively, or in an intoxicated manner that is considered unsafe for other persons/passengers, brewery/bar staff and BrewHopper staff . Refusal of service, under the above conditions, will be exercised by BrewHopper without refund or credit of fares to the refused passenger(s).
Capacities: All BrewHopper passes and fares are sold without guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied, of available seating or access to shuttles. Shuttle services are provided on a first come, first served basis at each stop along a circuit. Shuttles will not be loaded beyond legal seating capacities or in a manner that is considered unsafe for passengers.
The regular BrewHopper shuttle service is operated on a first come, first served basis. BrewHopper will make every effort to ensure that passenger seating is available at each stop, but due to the nature of an “on/off’ shuttle service, it is impossible for BrewHopper to predict passenger loadings at each stop along a circuit.
Passengers are encouraged to register through the BrewHopper website prior to accessing the shuttle to assist with the control and prediction of passenger loadings within a circuit. Passengers can expect shuttles to be at maximum capacity and without available seating on occasion and without prior notice from BrewHopper or its staff.
Schedule: Departure schedules are provided for each stop along a circuit within the BrewHopper app. BrewHopper will make every effort to maintain the departure schedule at each stop and to maintain the designated circuit completion time for a given circuit or route. BrewHopper reserves the right to have shuttles arrive late due to unexpected traffic delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Scheduled departure times are subject to change without notice.
BrewHopper App: The BrewHopper App (“the app”) is provided for information and convenience at no charge and without implied or expressed warranties with respect to the accuracy of information; including but not limited to, shuttle locations, departure schedules, establishment information, and notifications on arrivals of shuttles.
Alcohol: It is strictly prohibited and against Provincial law to have open alcohol and/or to consume alcohol within the BrewHopper shuttle or any vehicle contracted by BrewHopper for transportation of passengers. BrewHopper reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger(s) that do not comply and without refund of fares or compensation of any form. Alcohol purchases, including growlers, crowlers or other alcoholic beverage containers must remain sealed and unopened in their original containers while in the shuttle.
Breweries, pubs, Hotels: All breweries, brewpubs, pubs, bars & hotels frequented by BrewHopper shuttles or represented are providing service, food and beverages at their own discretion, according to their own rules, regulations and prices. Purchased Hopper-passes do not grant to the passenger any special access, line cuts or discounts at any other establishment.
Disclaimer and Indemnity: Passengers agree to indemnify and save harmless BrewHopper, BrewHopper staff, shuttle drivers or contracted service providers against any and all damages arising from a refusal of service or stoppage of service; including but not limited to, the BrewHopper App, BrewHopper shuttles, related equipment and accessories, and for passenger’s missing shuttles as a result of using the BrewHopper App.
Passengers: Passengers must be of legal drinking age to access BrewHopper shuttles. Underage children and/or minors are not permitted to ride the shuttles, even when accompanied by an adult.
Passengers are to remain seated when shuttles are moving.
Passengers that are behaving poorly and in an unsafe manner will be refused service and may be permanently banned from using BrewHopper shuttles.
Passengers acknowledge that participation on BrewHopper shuttles is voluntary and at their own risk.
Passengers that cause damage to vehicles or equipment operated or contracted by BrewHopper are liable for the cost of repairs and/or replacement of said vehicles and equipment. Passengers that vomit inside or on vehicles are liable for a $150 cleaning fee. Failure to pay will result in an automatic ban from using all BrewHopper shuttle services.
